Frosty Mellow Cream Pumpkins for Pups
Happy Mellow Cream Pumpkin Season to one and all!
I know everyone else is celebrating Pumpkin Spice Latte Season right now. But not me.
Because I am deep into celebrating Mellow Cream Pumpkin Season.
Although I also love candy corn, anyone who has tried a Mellow Cream Pumpkin knows that they are far superior to candy corn because they are softer and don’t get stale. And have you seen them? SO CUTE!
Because I’m hardcore celebrating MCP Season, I decided that I needed to pull together a little pumpkin-y version for our dogs so they could get in on the magic.
This easy recipe just needs three good-for-pups ingredients. The only tricky thing you’ll need is a pumpkin mold, which is admittedly annoying to have to buy, but they are pretty cheap. I got mine for $5 on Amazon, and think of all the fun ways you could re-use a pumpkin mold! Pumpkin soaps! Pumpkin chocolates! Pumpkin ice cubes!
Here are a few options that are available now, including mine. 👇🏻
And unlike the real candy version, these little pup snacks are super healthy and good for them. Plus the pups loved them!
Anyway, time for me to go raid the cupboard and find more Mellow Cream Pumpkins. Happy fall, everyone!
