Hi hi!
Happy weekend!! It has been a whirlwind few weeks, and I’m so excited to be heading into a few days off and then our BOOK BIRTHDAY on Tuesday!! That’s right—Life’s a Puppy Party is out in just a few days!! It’s a little crazy how nervous and excited I am at the same time.
Which is honestly why I can’t thank all of you enough for your support of our funny little book. It truly has meant so much to me the way all of our blog and Instagram friends have rallied around me in this process. I was SO nervous going into this part of writing a book because self-promoting makes me insanely uncomfortable (which, in retrospect, I should have thought of when I got into blogging in the first place) and I’ve also been truly terrified by the whole book reviews thing. So—ironically!—from the day I signed a contract to write a book, I’ve been dreading it coming out.
But instead of this being a scary and intimidating time, it’s ended up being one of the most heartwarming moments of my life. So many of you have come alongside me to make me feel like I have a whole army of cheerleaders and supporters championing our book. It’s amazing and humbling and such a testament to how kind so many of you are. You all have been so generous with your posts, messages, and comments—not to mention preordering more books than I ever dreamed. Truly, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
